At Lavender Dreams Farm & Donkey Rescue our mission is to rescue, shelter, rehabilitate and find permanent homes for donkeys that are abused, neglected or unwanted.
We are a small sanctuary but every animal that we bring in is treated with kindness and respect
and receives a safe and loving environment to live in.
Lavender Dreams Farm & Donkey Rescue is a private sanctuary & is not registered as a 501c3 non profit organization.

We are able to care for abused and unwanted animals because of donations from compassionate people like you. With your assistance we are able to provide the special care needed for these neglected animals. Because we are a private sanctuary your monetary gifts are not tax-deductible. That is why we offer a wide array of lavender products and other items, such a note cards, jams and jellies, soap, jewelry and teddy bears. Everything we sell is made right here on the farm (by me) and all proceeds go towards the animals in our care. Your support is critical to the successful rehabilitation and ongoing care so necessary to these animals. Thank you. |
Welcome to Lavender Dreams Farm& Donkey Rescue!
This site will let you view life on our organic farm with our rescued donkeys. We have included lots of photos of our long ears so that those of you who have not visited us can meet them and read some of their stories. We are located in NE Washington State.
You can also meet other family members – our dogs Smokey and Vinnie, cats, chickens, ducks and other assorted animals. There are wonderful, heart warming stories and photos about our rescued animals, including a rescued parakeet and a wild chickadee and all with happy endings.
We have pages for our organic lavender and the products that we offer - everything from lavender jelly, natural glycerin soaps and our popular lavender spritz. There are also lots of recipes using lavender and I will continue to add more. We invite you to email your lavender recipes to us. You can learn about growing your own lavender or buy our lavender to make your own products.
